To arrange all appointments, please call through to the clinic. Alternately you can make a submission on the contact form that can be found on the Contact Us page of our website with your preferred availability and a member of our team will call you back.
What To Bring
Once you have called and booked your appointment, we will send you an SMS reminder 1 – 2 days prior. For the appointment, we kindly request you come prepared with your:
Medicare, Health Fund and Concession cards (if applicable)
Referral from your GP
Relevant scans (eg. MRI, X-ray)
Method of payment (cash or card)

$220 ($190 for concession card holders)

Cancelations
Should you need to cancel your appointment please call or email the clinic no less than 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you cancel twice with less than 24 hours’ notice, you may incur a small fee.
DVA Patients
Please advise your DVA number at time of booking. If transport is required this can be organised for you.
Work Cover Patients
Please advise your Workcover claim number at time of booking. Please be aware that if your claim is still pending at the time of consultation, you will have to pay the standard fee, then claim back from Workcover once the claim is approved.
Claiming Medicare Rebates
At the Lane Orthopaedic Surgery clinic for your convenience we process your Medicare rebates for you in the office. If this is not preferable for you, visit: servicesaustralia.gov.au/individuals/medicare for alternative options.
